What is the minimum hours of booking?

The minimum booking slot is one hour

Do my quotes include ferry costs?

No, unfortunately, there is no software available that recognizes if your van will need to board a ferry.

When does my payment start and end?

You will start being charged once the driver arrives at your pick-up location which is our agreed start time. You will stop being charged once your last item is responsibly placed in your drop-off location.

Do you charge for stairs or fuel?

The quote we give to our customers is for the hours requested and included stair charges and fuel.

How do you book with us?

Please call us on 0208 0509189 or use our online form. We will send you an email immediately to give you the details and confirm the booking, then you also receive a text message confirmation to your mobile once we add your details to our dispatching software, you are always welcome if you wish to call us about any booking enquires as we open 7 days a week.

Can I rely on you to turn up on the day?

Yes! We never failed to turn up for a job.

​

Can I travel with the van and driver?

Yes! Two passenger can travel with the van, fully insured and that’s free of charge. Please be advised that if you request 2 men for the job then the van can only accommodate one passenger as it has only 3 seats.

Can the price go up after I have booked?

No, We only charge for the hours requested by our customers, if the job happens to take longer than expected then we will talk to you about extra charges

Do i have to book for a set period of time?

No! After the minimum charge of one hour, we charge for every half an hour thereafter and you can keep the van and driver/s for as long as you wish

Do you charge for call outs?

No! We only charge for the time we spend with our customers while carrying out the removal. We have a good number of vans on the road, GPS tracked and linked via our dispatching software. Therefore, we make sure you get the van closest to your pick-up point.

Are you insured?

Yes, we do have 2 insurances in place for our customers. Public liability insurance and goods in transit n=insurance, subjected to £500 excess. (The excess will be deducted from your total insurance payout).

Do I need to book a van in advance?

Booking a van and man in advance is recommended. We have a good number of vans serving every day, therefore, we can always help if happens you need our service urgently. We can get you any van you are after within an hour depending on your location

Does my quote include VAT, congestion charge, and parking fees?

All our prices are excluding VAT unless told otherwise.

No, our quotes are excluded the Congestion Charge, Ultra emission zone, tool charges, and Parking fees. Here is what you pay if happen we found our self in the charging zone in central London while we dealing with your job:

Ultra Low Emission Zone: £12+VAT this will apply 24/7.

London Congestion Charge: £12 +VAT between 07:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.
