Our minimum booking slot is one hour. After that, time is charged in 30-minute increments, so you only pay for what you use.

Charging begins when our driver arrives at your agreed pick-up time and ends once your final item is safely unloaded at the destination.

Stairs and fuel are included in your quoted price.

Parking fees, tolls, Congestion Zone, or ULEZ charges are not included, as they vary by location.

ULEZ: £12 + VAT (applies 24/7)

Congestion Charge: £12 + VAT (Mon–Fri, 7am–6pm)

No. Ferry costs are not included in your quote as they vary depending on route and time. We can help you estimate these separately if needed.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time. However, we often have same-day availability and can usually send a van within an hour, depending on your location.

Yes! You’re welcome to travel with the driver — up to two passengers can travel free of charge.

If you’ve booked two movers, one passenger seat will be available.

Absolutely. We’ve never missed a booking. Our fleet is GPS-tracked and dispatched efficiently to ensure every job runs on time.

No — the hourly rate you book is fixed.

If your move takes longer than planned, we’ll always discuss any extra time and charges with you before continuing.

No. You only pay for the time we’re working with you. There are no hidden or call-out fees.
